The Mannequins

The Mannequins

By Craig Wilson

I’m at work for my shift and am ready to start working.
I prepare my mop and bucket for the showroom floor.
As I’m cleaning, some mannequins suddenly appear.
They stare back at me with their expressionless faces.
I can’t go around them because they block my way.
They circle around me, and they don’t let me leave.

The End

The above story is a loose adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel free to leave a comment, and thank you for reading.
