Christmas Closet Clean

Christmas Closet Clean

By Craig Wilson

After the smoke clears, I find myself at work.

Oddly, I don’t remember coming to work today.

A random woman quickly approaches me.

The woman tells me I need to tidy a closet.

I don't recall needing to do this before.

So, I go to see the aforementioned closet.

Yet, the closet has Christmas decorations.

I roll up my sleeves and soon get to work.

I put the ornaments back where they belong.

This helps me get into the holiday spirit.

I somehow finish doing my job soon.

When I exit the closet, I leave the dream.

Last Minute Shopping

Last Minute Shopping

By Craig Wilson

The smoke clears, and I am outside the house.

As usual, I don't recall leaving the house at all.

I'm not alone; my brothers and father are here.

They remind me it's Christmastime right now.

We need to get some last-minute Christmas gifts.

Which is unusual given that we buy our gear early.

We are in the town centre, looking for some gifts.

Oddly, the town we’re in appears to be USA style.

My brothers have to work in some food stalls.

My phone goes off, and I quickly leave the dream.

Xmas Ball

Xmas Ball

By Craig Wilson

The smoke clears, and I am in a massive hotel.

I see I am suddenly in a large, fancy party room.

There's food, beverages, decorations, and music.

I see my relatives are here and they’re having fun.

I shrug and grin. I decide to get into party mode.

The meal is delicious. The music is fantastic.

Oddly, I see some people I do not recognize.

The random people act like they know me.

I have to behave, smile, and talk to these people.

My phone alarm goes off, and I quickly wake up.

Pachinko Xmas

Pachinko Xmas

By Craig Wilson

The smoke clears, and I find myself in the town centre.

I don’t recall leaving the house, though. I look around.

My dad emerges from one shop. He smiles and waves.

I am reminded we are out doing some Xmas shopping.

I see some homeless people, and they are looking sad.

My dad somehow winds up volunteering at a local shop.

I go in a Pachinko parlour and play some Pachinko.

I win lots of money; which I give to the homeless.

I put a smile on everyone’s faces. My alarm goes off.

The End

Space Santa's Revenge

Space Santa's Revenge

By Craig Wilson

The smoke clears, and I find myself in an alien town.

An elf grabs my arm and pulls me aside to chat to me.

The elf reminds me we have both gone back in time.

We must stop Space Santa from ruining the Xmas season.

Space Santa appears to fight me and the little elf friend.

The elf friend hands me a big magic jar, which I accept.

I use the magic jar to trap the evil Space Santa for good.

I have saved the future, and my alarm wakes me up.

The Xmas Breakdown

The Xmas Breakdown

By Craig Wilson

When the smoke clears, I realise I am in a high school.

Yet, the school looks just like a high security prison.

The detention area appears to be a sort of holding cell.

Carefully, I look around and see some Xmas decorations.

It seems the high school is celebrating Christmastime.

I enter a random classroom and I see there’s a large riot.

The children are going nuts and causing a lot of havoc.

Their teacher, however, is actually having a breakdown.

One child pulls the alarm, which frees me from my dream.

Christmas 2020

 Christmas 2020

This year has been quite a hectic one to get through, folks.

We were fearful of a pandemic, but we humans are survivors.

And hence, for today, I would like to bid you all a Merry Christmas.

Expect even more dream stories and drawings in the New Year.

Next Year, I’ll be launching my brand new project, too.

Naturally, my brand new project won’t be here on this blog.

It is something that I have been planning to put on YouTube.

The new project links to my side-project Pessimist Press.

Not wanting to spoil too much, I’ll say it’s a Manic Minion project.

Well, that about wraps it up, folks.

Merry Christmas, and keep dreaming.

A Chill Christmas

A Chill Christmas

By Craig Wilson

I’m chilling out, in my room, on a cold Christmas Morning.
I’m playing on a classic retro Sonic the Hedgehog game.
My TV is on and is showing a fictional Futurama episode.
The episode spoofs the James Bond films and Fry is like Bond.
Leela is a parody of a Bon girl, yet, is the much better fighter.
When my Dad yells that dinner is ready, I run and exit the dream.

A Gecko Surprise

A Gecko Surprise

By Craig Wilson

I’m somehow in a completely different bathroom. My previous dream of wandering the streets feels like the previous segment of an anthology show.
Suddenly, my attention is stolen by a gecko’s gaze.
I quickly charge out of the bathroom, screaming bloody murder.
Then, all of a sudden, new information is uploaded to my mind.
Apparently, in this dream story, I had bought one of my brothers a gecko.
I had also forgotten that we were celebrating Christmas today.
The trinkets and baubles back up that revelation.
I’m suddenly sat with my folks, having Christmas dinner.
I tell them about the recent gecko incident.
They treat it as one of the funniest jokes I’ve ever told.
The dream then comes to an end...

Post-Christmas Blues

Post-Christmas Blues

Christmas comes but once a year, and it’s supposed to last for twelve days. However, after the first two, it feels like the festive feeling quickly runs out.

Well, I won’t be griping about it; I managed to get some amazing Steam games this year. I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, and will have a happy New Year!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone!

This week, I’m taking a break from the Dream Story format and posting Christmas-related stuff instead. So, stay safe, eat plenty and be merry!
