The
Colourful World
By
Craig Wilson
I’m
lying on my bed, alone in my room, chilling out.
I
have a day off, and I want to just do nothing.
A
blinding light shines in through the window.
I
realise the window and curtains need shutting.
Reluctantly,
I get up, and head over to the window.
When
I get a good look, I release a shocked gasp.
The
world seems a lot more colourful and vibrant.
It
feels as if I’m in a fabulous abstract painting.
I
extend my right hand out, to touch this reality.
Sadly,
my mobile phone’s alarm starts its wailing.
The
End
The above story is a loose
adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel
