The
Unending Queue
By
Craig Wilson
The
smoke clears and I find myself in a supermarket.
This
fine supermarket I am in is actually monstrous.
I don’t
recall what I am doing in this gigantic place.
I
suddenly remember that I need to buy some stuff.
I grab
myself a basket and stuff it with some stuff.
When
it’s time to check out, I join a random queue.
However,
the queue doesn’t feel like it is moving.
It
feels like that I am actually waiting for an eternity.
Thankfully,
my alarm goes off and I soon wake up.
The
End
The above story is a loose
adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel
free to leave a comment, and thank you for reading.
