Dream Change
By Craig Wilson
The smoke clears; I see I am in a car showroom.
I do not recall leaving my house. It’s all fuzzy.
I see I’m wearing overalls; I am here to do a job.
With no other choice, I mop the showroom.
Soon after, I head to the cleaning cupboard.
I enter the cleaning cupboard, and it changes.
I leave the cupboard; I’m in a high school now.
I head to the toilets to understand my situation.
I hear a woman tell me I really need to wake up.
My alarm goes off, and I soon leave this dream.
The End
The above story is a loose adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel free to leave a comment, and thank you for reading.
