Killer Musical

The smoke has cleared, and I’m not in my home.
As usual, I don't remember leaving my house.
I seem to be in a classroom with other students.
The professor reminds me that this is a class.
I'm reminded that it's a creative writing course.
The professor encourages us to write a tale.
So I make a musical about serial killers.
These killers sing about their murder spree.
My teacher is not really interested in my story.
However, I refuse to change the story idea.
When the bell rings, I stand up from my desk.
I leave both the classroom and this dream.
