The Prison Riot
By Craig Wilson
The smoke clears and I find myself in a huge prison.
I really don’t recall coming to this prison at all.
Unfortunately, the prisoners have been unleashed.
The security system has horribly malfunctioned.
Hurriedly, I run into a nearby room to survive.
I barricade the exit, but the prisoners are coming.
After I barricade the exit, I look for a hiding place.
So, I head inside a locker, and I quickly crouch.
My heart races, I sweat profusely and I cry a little.
Every pound on the door is a blow to my nerves.
My phone’s alarm frees me from this nightmare.
The End
The above story is a loose
adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel
