USB Corruption

USB Corruption

By Craig Wilson

The smoke clears and I find myself in a computer lab.

My friend sits beside me and says I have to work.

I log on and I make sure to crack on with my work.

I shove my USB into the slot so I can continue working.

Unfortunately, a friend yanks the USB stick really hard.

I snap at my friend because I have a lot of work on there.

I insert the flash drive and perform a complete diagnosis.

Sadly, most of my work is corrupted; I’m pretty mad.

I snap at my friend and he promises to make amends.

My friend plays some Donkey Kong with me right away.

I cheer up and soon forgive my friend. My alarm goes off.

The End

The above story is a loose adaptation of a dream I had. If there is anything you would like to ask, feel free to leave a comment, and thank you for reading.
